I've designed both design system and homepage for Colonist, a competitive online adaptation of Settlers of Catan with millions of players worldwide.

Delivered a production-ready component library of 20+ reusable components, a structured color system across 8 palettes and 50+ tokens, and clear typography standards, significantly reducing design-to-dev handoff time and establishing a scalable foundation for future feature work.

The system scales across skill levels, from casual players to ranked competitors, within a bold, high-contrast visual identity built for long session engagement.
The homepage redesign unified player stats, ranked matchmaking, and a dual-view tournament calendar into a single cohesive layout. Improved discoverability of competitive features drove a 14% increase in tournament signups post-launch, directly impacting membership conversion and platform revenue.
